Faking Pain in your Head
Having pain in your head or brain is the most common symptom for a headache, every headache has it. So never forget that one. Faking it will be easy, make someone notice that you are having pain by squeezing your head with your hands every once and a while and look down. Also close your eyes to make it more believable. If you want you can even make a some noises to attract some attention to yourself. Don’t do any heavy lifting and don’t scream, this would cause pain and seem odd to a parent who is supposed to think that you have a headache.
Fake being Sensitive to Light
Sensitivity to light is more something you will really experience when you are faking a migraine, so paying too much attention to that won’t be necessary. Act as if it hurts inside your head when someone suddenly opens the curtains when you are in a dark room to let some light in. Don’t exaggerate with this symptom, you probably will not need to fake it at all.
Fake being easily irritated/annoyed
A person having a headache usually get’s very easily annoyed. This is quite common so if you act being irritated it is good. Don’t do it too much otherwise your parent’s will send you to school because you start to annoy them too much. This should work though when you are faking a headache to get out of work. No one wants a colleague who is pissing everybody off and keeping them from doing their work. So if you are a work or school make sure to annoy the teacher to be quiet, maybe they will send you home without you even asking for it.
The most annoying things for you when you fake a headache should be loud sounds and doing physical things like running or lifting something. Getting hit on your head is the worst, same goes for fast movements cause either by yourself or someone else pushing you or whatever it might be.
Fake going to Sleep way too Early
When you have a headache you should always go to sleep early and never be too active. Remember that your head will hurt when you make sudden movements. Even standing up from the couch when you were lying will hurt. Tell your parents that you are going to sleep because you have a headache. You could also try to fall asleep in the middle of a day so your parents would wake you up to send you to bed, thus making them believe that you have a headache.
